All products are custom made when you order them. The total time it takes to receive your order is processing time and the delivery time. Several factors can affect how long it takes to process your order.
Orders with standard print sizes are usually shipped within 1-3 business days.
Orders with gifts or larger print sizes are usually shipped within 2-5 business days.
Orders containing prints of different sizes are usually combined before they ship and this consolidation of prints into a single shipment can add a day to the order processing time.
Orders that have a combination of items such as photo books, photo gifts, or calendars, may have some parts shipped separately as they are processed by different labs in different parts of the country.
Orders during holiday periods may take 1-2 addition days for the lab to process.
Order Shipping Time
FotoTime offers both inexpensive postal service first class and priority mail delivery options as well as expedited second day and overnight delivery options through UPS and Fedex.
All shipping costs are based upon weight of items ordered.
All shipping times are based on business days and do not include weekend or holidays.
The first class mail option cannot be used on orders over 14 ounces as that is a limit that the post office has set.
First class mail is only available on orders under $20.00.
The expedited ship options of second day or overnight delivery will be fulfilled by either UPS or Fedex at the labs discretion.
Orders during holiday periods may take the postal service longer to deliver than normal. Delivery with expedited services from UPS and Fedex are unaffected.
Please use the UPS or Fedex 1 or 2 day delivery options for orders placed within 2 weeks of Christmas if you want to ensure that you have the order delivered before Christmas.
