I think this is an excellent image; the smooth curves of the girl's face and hair are nicely contrasted by the predominantly rectilinear and jagged forms of the background. Her expression is pleasantly indeterminate, allowing for a broad range of empathetic connection from viewers.

Great exposure of an interesting face - but the composition seems quite unsettled. IMO, it would work wonders if the face were much more off center and the background were more homogenous.
