The first DEC meeting with the new Founder's District Governor, Norm Cook, was held August 12, 2004 at the Mile Square Park Country Club in Fountain Valley. The Past district Governor Dr. Kent Jones had strengthened Founders District considerably and handed out awards to those that helped him do so.
