Quartz Lake.jpg This is Quartz Lake, a lake southeast of Fairbanks. We were fishing late in the evening and at about 8:10 PM the sun rose over the horizon. The colors were brilliant and cameras instantly started flying out of pockets and backpacks to capture this moment. 5 minutes later the sun dipped down below the hirizon again. Truly a moment that I will never forget and that I am glad I have captured to share with all of you.
