Replacement for Damaged Shipments

Damaged shipment replacement policy

FotoTime guarantees that you will get your order in good condition, and packs everything as safely as possible for a safe delivery. For damaged orders, we offer free replacements for everything damaged in the order.

If your order was delivered from Fedex with damages, we request that you note that with Fedex, and if you feel that the damage to the package is severe, we recommend that you refuse shipment.

If your order was delivered from the postal service with damages, please make note of the damage. Please also let us know if the postal service stuffed your package into your mailbox in cases when it does not fit, even though the package was marked as "Photos, Do not Bend".

Notify us as soon as possible to request replacements. For orders in which you accepted delivery, we may request that you either return the damaged products (we will give you a store credit certificate to re-imburse you for the return postage), or simply take digital photos of the damage and e-mail those to us. For orders in which you refused delivery, we will contact Fedex to confirm, and send your replacements promptly.
