"Hey Joe (take my picture)", While on a business trip to the Philippines in 1999 I had occassion to walk through the slums of Manila. Some children were frightened of me but most were friendly and all were curious "Who's this guy with a camera?" This one boy came running up to me and said "Hey Joe! (every American is 'Joe'), take my picture!" So I did.
